Over the years, I have become increasingly curious and passionate towards learning the art of mindfulness,

about holistic health modalities & practices, and the innate power that we as humans are able to work toward healing the body and mind. I integrate my understanding of the human body, nervous system, fascia networks, and movements into sessions that are intentionally designed with and for each client.

I am dedicated to being a life-long learner so that I can best serve my community with the overarching goal of providing relief,

 a safe space to heal, and equipping clients with tools to best lead them towards living

their most vibrant, connected life outside of the studio.
