If I had three words to describe my teaching style,

I would choose: mindful, warmhearted, embodiment.​

My classes welcome all levels of students,

no matter if you've never rolled out a yoga mat or you maintain a disciplined practice.

 

To me, yoga goes beyond the poses.

Yoga is arriving to your breathe,

experiencing your body & the spectrum of sensations that comes with,

& finding your awareness in the present moment.

Yoga is connecting back into your body through mindful movement.

Yoga is creating space in the body so that the mind can follow.

Yoga reminds us of our freedom & power to choose how we're going to experience this

divine, miraculous, heart-wrenchingly beautiful life of ours.

Yoga is love - radiating from the flow of my heart and my being to you.

I completed my RYT Vinyasa Training in Bali with Sattva Yoga Bali in September of 2019.​​
